My approach is tailored to the needs and specific objectives of my clients.  For those who seek a better understanding of themselves or who  are experiencing longstanding emotional problems, a more long term Insight oriented Psychodynamic Methodology may be indicated. 

However, for relief from more immediate difficulties, I work with Brief  Therapy Approaches such as  Solution Focused Therapy,  Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, or Lifestyle Coaching. 

I believe in focusing on my client’s strengths; that everyone of us has the capacity to solve our problems under the right circumstances and with the right guidance, and I believe I can provide you with these conditions.
